échec d'achat Fiat

Bonjour , 

Pouvez vous s'il vous plait m'aider , j'ai essayé d'approvisionner mon compte binance par carte , après validation du paiement , un message d'erreur indique qu'il y'a échec (message d'erreur : There was a problem processing your payment. Please try again later. (600)) et mon compte binance n'est pas crédité , apparemment la transaction est bien passé et a été validé coté banque , pouvez vous me dire si vous avez eu un problème similaire et la marche a suivre pour récupérer mon argent . Merci
